The rise of remote work and decentralised teams has transformed how and where work happens. Traditional office models are giving way to flexible, collaborative spaces that support innovation, productivity, and global connectivity-regardless of geography. Collaborative spaces-such as innovation hubs, co-working labs, and incubators-play a vital role in fostering entrepreneurship, research, and skill-building. These environments bring together academia, industry, startups, and government to ideate, experiment, and scale impactful solutions. With the Work Near Home intiative from the Government of Kerala, the State is positioning itself as a global destination for distributed workforces. This session will explore the significance of creating and sustaining such spaces in Kerala and beyond.
